McCown Technology Outdoor Tower/Wall Mount 100% Gas Discharge Tube 8 Circuit Ethernet Surge Protector, 800-CAT6-TWR

This device protects up to 8 CAT5/c circuits and is a multi line protector desgined for outdoor use and is suitable for mounting in both tower and wall applications. The CAT6 TWR protects equipment such as APs and SMs that are installed at NOCs or tower sites with a number of colocated devices. Gas Discharge Tube version of surge suppression products is more robust to ground sourced noise. This product will cure customer issues with CRC or Fram Check errors caused by solid state surge suppressors when swapped for a solid state product. Grounded and bonded shieded RJ45 jacks provide grounds to shielded products.
