Shipping & Address Verification
All orders are shipped via FedEx to ensure that your order will arrive safe and secure at your door. You may order online for orders shipped within the United States of America only. For sales outside of the United States, please contact us at 310-416-1200 so that we may help you complete your order. For International Orders we only accept payment via Wire Transfer made out in US Dollars.
Orders received before 1:30 pm pst for stock items will be shipped the same day. Delivery time on all backordered or special order items will depend on product availability and shipping time but will normally ship with in 7 days. Express Deliveries are available at an additional cost upon request. We will make every effort to fill your order and ensure arrival as quickly as possible.
Address verification is a precautionary measure WLANmall.com performs to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity. The nature of online shopping does not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such as a driver's license, like a standard brick & mortar store. We instead conduct address verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and privacy.
If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address in the record/memo field. We will contact your bank using the bank number you have provided to verify this information after you've placed an order. Please allow an extra day to verify any alternate ship-to address. Both your billing and shipping addresses must be verified before an order will ship. If you encounter any trouble when attempting to add an alternate shipping address, let the card issuer know that you are placing an online order and that the retailer must verify your personal information before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraud. Then, simply give us a call at 1-310-416-1200 to let us know and we will re-attempt address verification to complete the processing of your order.
Our goal is to help you meet your Wireless IT budget and we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and it is within 30 days of delivery and the product was sold from existing stock, you can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No return will be accepted without an RMA number. All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and are expected to be in the original condition and packaging with all accessories included. However, if a product was purchased specifically to fill your order and was not available in our inventory at that time of purchase or if the condition of the item has changed then it is non-returnable. The Buyer is responsible for any freight charges on all returns. All sales are final. Nomadix items are not returnable.
