McCown Technology Rack Mount POE Injector 100% Gas Discharge Tube Surge Protector, 800-CAT6-POE-APC 

The CAT6 POE is a POE injector/Extractor with a built in surge protector. This product bocks and then diverts power that is already on the line to the two terminal connector. With a flexible POE configurtion and jumpers that allow for any combination of polarity on any pair, with up to 1 amp per pair allows almost any POE device to be powered. Shielded RJ45 jacks provide grounds to shielded plugs. This device can convey power to all 802.3 af/at devices and can extract power from POE powered circuits.
